What it is.
There are many packaging manufacturers in the world. Most of them are not the right fit for a growing brand. The reasons we are — and the reasons 2,000+ brands have made us their default — come down to a few specific, verifiable facts about how we operate.\n\nWe are a factory, not an agency. We do not source from other factories and resell. Every format we sell is manufactured in our 18,000 sqm facility in Foshan. This is why we can offer factory-direct pricing with no agency markups, and why we can quote low MOQ from 50 units where most competitors start at 1,000 or 5,000.
Factory direct means no middleman markup
Most custom packaging sold to growing brands is sourced through agencies or trading companies. The agency quotes you a price, the agency sources from a factory, the factory manufactures, the agency invoices you at a 30–50% markup. We are the factory. You deal directly with the people who run the production line, and the price you see is the price you pay.
This is not a marketing claim. You can visit our facility in Foshan, walk the production floor, meet the operators, and inspect the equipment. We have hosted over 200 client visits in the last three years.
Low MOQ from 50 units
Our minimum order quantity is 50 units across every format — boxes, bags, mailers, folding cartons, rigid sets, luxury and kraft bags alike. This is the same minimum that brands would get from a domestic print shop — and our pricing is competitive with domestic production, often lower once freight is factored in.
We invested in HP Indigo digital presses in 2023 specifically to make low MOQ economically viable. Most factories require 1,000+ units because their offset or flexo lines are not economical below that threshold. Digital changed that equation. We pass the savings on to the brands that need them.
FSC-certified and audit-ready
We hold FSC A000511, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, G7 Master, and SEDEX SMETA certifications. Material certificates, factory audit reports, and compliance documents are available on request for every order. We publish the recycled content percentage and country of origin of every substrate we use.
For brands with strict sustainability positioning, this is not optional. It is table stakes. We treat it as such.
Premium finishes in-house
Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, soft-touch lamination — every premium finish you would expect from a $10,000 minimum order, in-house, on short lead times, with no outsourcing and no markups.
Most factories outsource at least one of these finishes. We do not. This is why we can quote a 15-day lead time on a low-MOQ foil-stamped rigid box order, where competitors would quote 30–45 days because the foil stamping is being sent to a separate vendor.
DDP shipping to 50+ countries
We ship DDP (delivered duty paid) to 50+ countries. The price we quote includes freight, duty, and customs clearance — there are no surprise charges at delivery. Our primary markets are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union, with growing reach across Asia and the Middle East.
For brands selling on Shopify, Amazon, or directly through their own DTC site, this is the shipping model that makes international packaging feasible. The landed cost is the cost we quote, and the cost we quote is the cost you budget.

What is the minimum order quantity?

How do you compare to a domestic printer?
Lower per-unit cost at most volumes, with the same lead time once freight is factored in. We are not the right choice for orders under 50 units or for time-sensitive 5-day rushes.
Do you offer white-label or unbranded production?
Yes — for distributors, resellers, and agencies, we offer unbranded production runs with no XC Paperbox marks.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — we host client visits regularly. We will arrange ground transport from Shenzhen or Guangzhou airport and a full factory tour including production lines, finishing, and QC.
What is your lead time for a 1,000-unit rigid box order?
15–20 business days for production, plus 5–10 days for sea freight to the US, UK, or EU. 5–7 days for samples.
Do you offer payment terms?
For established brands: 30/70 (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) or net-30 on orders above $20,000. For new brands: 50/50.
