XC Paperbox is a factory-direct packaging manufacturer in Foshan, China. We make custom boxes and paper bags for 2,000+ brands in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and Europe. We focus on low MOQ, premium finish, and transparent pricing — and we believe packaging is more than shipping. It builds your brand in the customer's hand, and earns the unboxing moment that turns first-time buyers into repeat customers.
Our story
A factory, not an agency.
We started in 2014 with a single workshop and a single product — rigid gift boxes. The thesis was simple: the packaging industry was dominated by factories that priced small brands out, and agencies that marked up factory prices 30–50%.
A decade later, we're an 18,000 sqm facility with 200+ employees, manufacturing every format from mailer boxes to luxury shopping bags. We still sell factory direct, with no agency markups, and a low MOQ that small brands can actually use. Every box and bag we make is engineered for all three jobs packaging has to do at once — protect the product, build the brand, and earn the unboxing moment.

Founded
XC Paperbox is founded in Foshan, China, with a single 600 sqm workshop and a focus on rigid gift boxes.
2017
First US clients
First DTC ecommerce clients in the US. We added corrugated mailers to the catalog.
2019
FSC certification
Achieved FSC A000511 certification. Sustainability became a default, not a product line.
2021
Magnetic box line
Launched our magnetic closure box line, manufactured in-house.
2023
Digital print investment
Invested in HP Indigo digital presses, opening up low MOQ runs from 50 units.
