A specialty roaster needed three things: a fully-printed retail coffee bag with a degassing valve, a 4-bag subscription mailer, and consistent brand presentation across both — all from minimum order quantities that would not lock up working capital.
The solution
What we built together.
We produced custom kraft coffee bags (250g, 500g, 1kg) with compostable PLA lining, one-way valve, and 2-color flexo print. Subscription mailers are E-flute corrugated with full-color digital print inside and out. Both share the same paper palette and ink colors for cross-product consistency.
