The challenge
What the brand came in with.
A DTC snack subscription needed packaging that could survive cross-country shipping, present 8 SKUs cleanly inside one box, and run in batches as small as 500 to match their growth curve.
The solution
What we built together.
We built a right-sized E-flute mailer with a die-cut insert that holds 8 individual snack cartons in fixed positions. Two-sided print: the outside carries the brand, the inside carries a "what's in this month's box" panel. The 8 inner cartons share a single SBS stock for production efficiency.
