We ship custom packaging to 50+ countries. Our primary markets are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union — together accounting for over 90% of our revenue. We have growing reach across Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America.\n\nFor each primary market, we have a dedicated account manager, native-language customer support, and DDP (delivered duty paid) shipping quotes. The price you see is the price you pay — there are no surprise duty charges at delivery.
United States
Our largest market, accounting for over 50% of our revenue. We have shipped to 47 states, with concentrations in California, New York, Texas, Florida, and Illinois. We have a dedicated US account manager, US-based customer support, and C-TPAT certification for faster US customs clearance.
Freight options: sea to US West Coast (12–15 business days from factory), sea to US East Coast (18–22 business days), air to most US airports (5–7 business days). We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and the major ocean carriers.
Canada
Our second-largest market, accounting for over 15% of our revenue. We ship to all 10 provinces, with concentrations in Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and Alberta. We have a dedicated Canada account manager and CAD pricing on request.
Freight options: sea to Vancouver (15–18 business days), sea to Toronto (22–25 business days), air to most Canadian airports (5–7 business days). For DDP shipments to Canada, we handle GST/HST and duty at the border.
United Kingdom
Our third-largest market, accounting for over 12% of our revenue. Post-Brexit, we have invested heavily in UK customs expertise and now ship DDP to all UK destinations with full duty and VAT handling. We have a dedicated UK account manager, GBP pricing on request, and a UK-based sample-room partner for faster sample delivery.
Freight options: sea to Felixstowe (22–25 business days), sea to Southampton (24–28 business days), air to London Heathrow (5–7 business days). EORI registration is in place for all UK shipments.
Australia
Our fourth-largest market, accounting for over 8% of our revenue. Concentrations in New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. We have a dedicated Australia account manager, AUD pricing on request, and full biosecurity compliance for paper-based packaging.
Freight options: sea to Sydney (18–22 business days), sea to Melbourne (20–24 business days), air to most Australian airports (5–8 business days). We are familiar with the strict Australian biosecurity requirements for paper packaging imports.
Europe (EU)
Our fifth-largest market, accounting for over 7% of our revenue. We ship to all 27 EU member states, with concentrations in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy. We have a dedicated EU account manager, EUR pricing on request, and full compliance with EU 1935/2004 for food-contact applications.
Freight options: sea to Rotterdam (24–28 business days), sea to Hamburg (26–30 business days), air to most EU airports (5–7 business days). For DDP shipments to the EU, we handle import VAT and duty at the border.
Other markets
Beyond our five primary markets, we ship to 45+ additional countries including Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and New Zealand. Lead times and freight options vary by destination; we quote per order.
For brands selling globally, we can manage multi-destination shipping from a single production run. Palletization is by destination, and freight documentation is split per destination. The brand receives a single invoice from us, and we handle the rest.

Do you ship DDP to all markets?
Yes — DDP (delivered duty paid) is the standard for our 5 primary markets and for most of the 50+ countries we serve. We handle export documentation, customs clearance, and duty payment.
How long does sea freight take to the US?
12–15 business days to US West Coast, 18–22 business days to US East Coast, from our factory in Foshan.
Do you have a US or UK office?
We do not maintain retail offices, but we have dedicated account managers for each of our 5 primary markets, with native-language customer support.
Can you handle multi-destination shipping?
Yes — for brands selling globally, we can manage multi-destination shipping from a single production run. Palletization is by destination, and freight documentation is split per destination.
What is the smallest order you ship internationally?
There is no minimum for international shipping — we will ship a 50-unit order to any destination. The freight cost per unit is higher for small orders, but we do not impose a minimum.
Do you handle biosecurity for Australia and New Zealand?
Yes — paper-based packaging is generally exempt from biosecurity inspection, but we are familiar with the documentation requirements and include them in every AU/NZ shipment.
