Ordering
50 units across every format and print method.
Our MOQ is 50 units across the entire catalog — boxes, bags, mailers, folding cartons, rigid sets, luxury and kraft bags alike. The same minimum applies to digital and offset print, foil stamping, embossing, and spot UV. There is no format-specific floor above 50 units.
Example: A 6-SKU skincare launch producing 50 units of each SKU would have an effective per-SKU MOQ of 50 — the same minimum that a single-SKU test run would have.
30% deposit, 70% balance before shipping.
Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance before shipping. For new clients we accept PayPal for smaller orders. For established clients we offer net-30 terms after the second order.
Process
5–7 days for a white sample, 7–10 days for a printed sample.
After design sign-off and a production-ready dieline, a 3D white sample is produced in 3–4 days and shipped in 5–7 days. A printed, finished sample follows in 7–10 days. Sampling fees range from $50 to $300 depending on format and finishes, and are credited against your first production order.
10–25 business days depending on product.
Production lead times by product: corrugated mailers 10–18 business days, folding cartons 12–18 days, kraft and shopping bags 12–20 days, rigid and magnetic boxes 18–25 days, luxury bags 15–22 days. Shipping adds 10–25 days depending on destination and method (sea vs air).
Yes — this FAQ was added via the CMS → GitHub → Next.js rebuild pipeline and now appears on the live site.
This FAQ is a live proof that the CMS-to-website bridge works end to end. It was created as `content/faqs/test-cms-publish.md` exactly as Decap CMS would write it, then read by `src/lib/content.ts` at build time via `gray-matter` frontmatter parsing. The next time Cloudflare Pages rebuilds (or any developer runs `npm run build`), this record is merged with the TS array in `src/content/faqs.ts` and exposed through `getFaqs()`.

Yes — every order is made to your dimensions.
Every box and bag we make is built to your exact dimensions. We do not sell stock templates. You specify the internal or external dimensions, the board weight, and the closure type. We share a production-ready dieline within 24 hours of order confirmation for you to review.
Digital for short runs, offset for premium color, flexo for kraft bags.
Digital printing is the right choice for runs under 500 units and full-color photo-quality graphics. Offset printing offers the best color fidelity, Pantone accuracy and unit cost from 500 units upward. Flexo printing is the standard for kraft and paper bags in 1–3 colors. We will recommend a print method based on your quantity, artwork and substrate.
Yes — paid design packages from $480.
Our in-house studio offers paid design packages from $480, credited against your first production order. Packages include dieline customization, print-ready artwork, and 3D mockups. We do not offer free design services, but every project starts with a free dieline and 3D mockup so you can scope what you need.
Sustainability
FSC certifies paper from responsibly managed forests.
FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) is the global standard for responsible forest management. We are FSC A000511 certified, which means every paper we source can be traced to forests managed for environmental, social and economic sustainability. FSC certification is the most widely recognized sustainability certification for paper packaging.

Yes — DDP shipping to 50+ countries.
We ship to 50+ countries including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia and most of Asia. We offer DDP (delivered duty paid) quotes so the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise customs charges on delivery. Lead time is 10–25 days door-to-door depending on destination and method.
