XC Paperbox is a factory-direct packaging manufacturer founded in 2014 in Foshan, China. We make custom boxes and paper bags for 2,000+ brands in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. Our focus is simple: low MOQ, premium finishes, transparent pricing, and the same materials and craftsmanship you would expect from a $10,000 minimum order — on a 50-unit run.\n\nA great package does more than protect a product. It carries your brand in the customer's hand. It earns the unboxing moment — the few seconds that decide whether a first-time buyer comes back. Every box and bag we make is engineered for all three jobs packaging has to do at once: protect the product in transit, build the brand, and create the unboxing moment.\n\nWe started with a single 600 sqm workshop and one product: rigid gift boxes. The thesis was straightforward. The packaging industry was dominated by factories that priced small brands out, and agencies that marked up factory prices by 30–50%. Both groups were leaving the most interesting brands in the market underserved: the DTC ecommerce companies, the indie beauty brands, the craft food and beverage businesses, the small-batch spirits and wine producers. We built XC Paperbox to serve them — factory direct, with no agency layer, with MOQ that small brands can actually use.\n\nA decade later, we are an 18,000 sqm facility with 200+ employees, manufacturing every format from mailer boxes to luxury shopping bags in-house. We have shipped to 50+ countries. We hold FSC A000511, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, G7 Master, and SEDEX SMETA certifications. We still sell factory direct, with no agency markups, and we still treat low MOQ as a default rather than a product line.
