What it is.
Our factory is in Foshan, Guangdong, China — about 60 minutes by car from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and 90 minutes from Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. We host client visits regularly and can arrange ground transport, a hotel, and a full-day tour including the production floor, the QC lab, the sample room, and a working lunch with the production team.\n\nIf you cannot visit in person, this page is the next best thing. Printing department
Offset: 6 Heidelberg Speedmaster CD102 5-color presses, 2 Komori Lithrone G40 8-color presses. Substrates from 80 gsm to 600 gsm, sheet size up to 720×1040mm. UV drying and aqueous coating inline.
Digital: 4 HP Indigo 12000 digital presses for low-MOQ runs from 100 units. Variable data printing, white ink, and metallics available. 7-color extended gamut.
Flexo: 2 Nilpeter MO-4 inline flexo presses for corrugated mailers and shelf-ready packaging. Up to 8 colors, 600mm web width.
Gravure: 1 Rotomec gravure press for high-volume runs above 200,000 units. Reserved for specific repeat customers with annual volume commitments.
Finishing department
Foil stamping: 8 hot-foil stamping presses, both vertical and roll-to-roll. Foil library of 200+ stock colors plus custom sourcing.
Embossing and debossing: 6 matched-die presses, brass and magnesium die capability. Maximum emboss area 600×900mm.
Lamination: 4 inline lamination lines, gloss / matte / soft-touch films. Scuff-resistant overcoat available.
UV varnish and spot UV: 3 spot UV lines, screen and digital plate. Up to 1,200×1,600mm sheet size.
Die-cutting: 5 Bobst and B HT die-cutters for folding cartons, plus 2 inline die-cutters on the mailer production line.
Construction department
Rigid box line: 200+ employees on the rigid box construction floor. Manual and semi-automatic construction, with hand-finishing for magnetic closures, ribbon pulls, and drawer-and-shell assemblies.
Folding carton line: 2 inline gluers and 4 auto-lock-bottom gluers. Capacity of 50,000 cartons per day.
Paper bag line: 6 paper bag machines, square-bottom and flat-handle formats. Capacity of 30,000 bags per day.
Mailer line: 4 inline mailer production lines, scoring, slotting, and gluing in a single pass.
Quality control
In-line color management: spectrophotometer measurement on every print run, with delta-E tracking across the entire batch. We target delta-E < 2 against the approved proof.
End-of-line inspection: every unit is hand-inspected for print defects, die-cut accuracy, glue integrity, and finish quality. Defective units are recycled.
Pre-shipment inspection: AQL 2.5 sampling on every order. We photograph the inspection and share the photos before shipment.
Material certificates: every order ships with a material certificate showing the substrate weight, finish, country of origin, and recycled content. FSC, ISO, and G7 documentation is available on request.
Warehouse and shipping
5,000 sqm of finished goods warehouse, climate-controlled, with FIFO inventory management. Pallets are stacked, stretch-wrapped, and labeled with order number, destination, and SKU count.
Shipping is by FOB Shenzhen or DDP to 50+ countries. Our freight team handles export documentation, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and customs clearance. We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, Maersk, MSC, and CMA CGM depending on the destination and the freight mode.
